Disney+ has officially shut down rumors that Kim Soo Hyun led K-Drama Knock Off will air soon.

Despite recent reports claiming the series will “very likely” debut in 2026, Disney has put an end to the speculation. The platform confirmed there are no updates and the series remains on hold indefinitely.

The K-Drama — which tells the story of a man who rises to power in the counterfeit market during the IMF crisis — was set to release in 2025. Production and release were paused after controversies surrounding Kim Soo Hyun’s relationship with late actress Kim Sae Ron.
